Located on the South Campus portion of the College Station campus, this 36,240-square foot facility serves as the primary student dining and activity center for the adjacent White Creek Residential Complex. Designed by KSQ Architects, this project includes a full-service kitchen and dining facility as well as a common space and special collaboration spaces to be used by students.

The project was bid as a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) project and consists of a suspended concrete foundation, exterior walls of masonry and curtainwall, and an impactful interior design. Scheduled to be completed in late 2017, the project will be the latest in TAMU expanding portfolio of residential spaces and solutions. SEDALCO was instrumental in providing significant accepted cost savings ideas to make the project viable to proceed.
