It was hot sunny day in June but that didn’t keep anyone away from joining the celebration of this new addition and much needed addition to this county. The $18.8 million, 44,000-square-foot facility will sit on approximately 9 acres and have a state-of the-art Sheriff’s Office and 92 bed jail. This project is slated to open in the fall of 2020.
