A multi-phased renovation of the historic Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum. Renovations encompassed a new expanded exterior entry, significant updates to the concourse and support areas, conversion of the former west locker rooms into modern meeting spaces, restroom upgrades, and transformation of the southeast warehouse into a new kitchen facility. Further improvements included the expansion of arena seating, along with comprehensive mechanical/electrical/plumbing/audio-visual, and life safety upgrades.
