Waller County Courthouse
Includes demolition of the existing courthouse and construction of a new 4-story ground up building and penthouse on Level 5. It will house many of the County departments and employees such as the County Judge, Commissioner’s Court, County Auditors, County Clerk, Tax Assessor and Collectors, County Treasury Department, and multiple conference rooms, training rooms, record storage rooms, and County position offices.
The new building will encompass aesthetic features and details that will give the Courthouse a historic, 1800s feel.
