The Dan Powell Additions is 1 new ground up addition and interior renovations on the existing campus.
- 13,418 sf new addition that consist of 10 classrooms and 5 single user restrooms. Typical electric & fire sprinkler systems. HVAC consists of 6 RTUs with natural gas heat. Data/fire alarm/PA systems/access control/security cameras tied back to the existing school. GTI Max flooring in corridors & classrooms and vinyl flooring in restrooms. Typical classroom millwork. There will be a new pick-up/drop-off canopy.
- Upgrades to the existing school includes new flooring in corridors, 8 single user restrooms to service 12 classrooms, expansion of the Library, new corridor ceilings and lights, upgrades to the fire alarm, PA system, access control, security camera, and A/V systems. Two new canopies will be added to the exterior. The majority of this work will take place in the Summer of 2022.
