Situated on a 23-acre site, this project features 10 new buildings totaling 108,000 SF and provides specialized facilities for Administration, Floodway Operations & Construction, and the Law Enforcement Division. The expansive scope includes a Purchasing Warehouse and Bulk Storage, Fleet Maintenance and Tool Crib, a Welding Shop, and a Vehicle & Equipment Wash Bay. Rounding out the operational campus is a Fuel Island with Canopy along with both covered and general storage for vehicles and equipment.
