Waller County Courthouse
This project involved the demolition of the existing courthouse and construction of a new 4-story ground up building and penthouse on Level 5. The county center serves as the primary hub for a wide range of departments and officials, including the County Judge, Commissioner’s Court, and County Auditor. It also houses the essential operations of the County Clerk, Tax Assessor and Collector, and the County Treasury Department. The building includes multiple conference and training rooms, dedicated record storage rooms, and County position offices. The new courthouse encompasses aesthetic features and details that gives the Courthouse a historic, 1800s feel.
