SEDALCO strategically handles projects based on each owner’s specific requirements. In other words, whether an owner has brought plans to us, or has entrusted us to help them design their vision, we are highly competent and experienced to handle each project through varied project delivery relationships and contract agreement formats.
As general contractor, we have worked with owners who have their own construction management experience, and require SEDALCO to handle the day to day details of their project. This format is often used for fixed price contract formats and is one that SEDALCO has been very familiar with for over 25 years.
Construction Management involves a deeper relationship with the financial, design and scheduling aspects of the projects, bringing preconstruction expertise into the process, including cost estimating, value engineering, and scheduling constructability analysis. During the construction phase of the project, SEDALCO coordinates all construction activities, using trained, experienced managers to oversee budget and project schedule, always communicating with our clients at regular intervals as requested by our client.

We’ve teamed with a short list of top-notch architectural firms with specialized experience to design each project with the owner’s vision as the focus. Our collaborative and experienced approach not only captures that vision, but anticipates and sidesteps potential road blocks that could come up during the construction phase. Best of all, by being fully integrated with the design process, we are able to accommodate revisions and adjustments quickly and keep the project schedule on track.
